Dozier Grinder with Scandi platen

This is how my Dozier grinder is set up so I can do my scandi grinds at an exact angle.

The bolt on the left side allows me to adjust the angle to exactly what I want.  And then I use a magnetic digital angle gauge to measure it relative to the flat platen:

I got mine at Harbor Freight Tools.  Normally their stuff is “iffy” at best, but this guy works like a champ.

Not a big secret or anything, but I figured I’d share the pics so folks could see that when I say I set the angle at exactly 12.5 degrees, I mean 12.5 degrees….not 12.4, not 12.3
